The Arcade [Bunny]

Happy Birthday to The Arcade!  September 1st marks one full year of gacha fever in Second Life®. This round is phenomenal and I'm really excited to be able to share the scoop with you all. My intro post for this round is all about celebrating the fabulous history with a mix of finds from all of the events last year and exclusive previews of the upcoming edition.

Well I must say I fell head over heels in love with the bunny ears from Half Deer! The one I am wearing is the rare Origami from the September edition. The full collection is adorable but the rare ones are truly special. I really think they will be an inspiration in each of my posts for this round.

[Neon] Studs

 Need a shock of color to your wardrobe?  You'll love the neon studded leather from Ricielli! It's a sexy mix of fitted leather separates with a baring mid-riff. The look gives a 1-2 combo punch to brighten up your style.

I've been playing quite a bit lately with mixing hair styles to make a more unique look.  The base style is from !lamb with an added hairpiece from BOON.  You have to check out the shop for all of the great options, from bangs to braids, there is something to make your hair a bit more YOU.

 Of course, I'm still in love with the Slink Avatar Enhancement mesh hands. I'm using the [PXL] appliers and the Pididdle nail art. With all of the top skin designers creating appliers, you have to pick up the mesh hands! I wear my all the time. #completelyaddicted

 One of my go-to shoes are these sandals from Redgrave. They are a GREAT bargain at $690 for 12 basic colors, but as you can see you can mix and match sections for a near endless color combo experience.

Real life has pulled me away a little bit more lately. I was thrilled to pop back inworld to style up some goodness!  This post is chock full of awesomeness, SLink, PXL, Kunglers and more!

When you find something you love, it inspires you! The Pia leather skirt from LeeZu has had me a wee bit style crazy! Also, I'm just still in love with the new Fei skin from Elysium coming March 15th to Skin Fair 2013. (See the last style with both HERE).

Also well the new Angelina strappy corset pumps from GOS Boutique are a dream.  I sort of got "wrapped" up in the theme of bondage and restraint. LeeZu's BDSM line was a great inspiration and pieces from that collection helped accent the look.

The collar corset is a Marketplace find from this brilliant shop named ROSAL. It's a very roleplay oriented style but the collar in no other word is AMAZING. The full fat pack version is tintable, and you can adjust every aspect of the colors on the mesh collar. Check it out!

[Sweet] Escape

Collabor88 March edition opens in a few short hours! The theme for this month's cycle is New Romance. It's filled with lace and ruffles, dewy skins and as usual..FABULOUSNESS! I fell in love with the beautiful skin from AUX, the super sweet dress from Yummy and the awesome poses from my fav Diesel Works.

I mixed a few of the new finds from Collabor88 with the new ceramic flower headpiece from Pididdle available now at TDR Fusion for only 70L! Also, the exclusive bow wedges from GField will be an Fashion For Life 2013 Exclusive. They will be available along with tons of other finds exclusively at FFL.

 LeeZu released the most amazing jacket today!! I fell in love with the needle-point vintagey texture and fur stole details. Honestly I don't think I can do it justice with any photo. You'll have to check it out!

Feeling a bit posh today, I downed this luscious skirt from GizzA. Tres Baroque! Just added a few unique touches like the baby fox ring from Pididdle and the new clutch from Indyra Originals.

 Playing with colors abit I added the newish Grace pumps from Redgrave. Totally orange yummy!

TDR Fusion opens it's doors today at 12pm SLT! It's chocked full of amazing goodness with a ton of designer bargains ranging from 40-70L!  Here's a quick mix I put together with a few awesome pieces. You'll notice I'm channeling a bit of Miss Amy Winehouse today. Can you hear the tunes from my radiooooooo? "I told you I was trouble...I told you I'm no goooooood!"

The new snow leopard coat from Mimikri is a luxe find for a super bargain at TDR Fusion! You can't beat the 70L price. It will make a fierce addition to anyone's wardrobe. I can see you all now banging on thedoors to get in...patience my little ones, it will open soon!!

I'm pretty sure that everyone will be drooling over Siddean Munro's new Vanity boots! With three colors for sale, this bargain is not to be missed. I love the zipper accents on the side. Super amazing mesh of course, I think everything Siddean touches turns to GOLD!

Of course I couldn't live with out one of the awesome finds from The ARCADE, the Tee*fy Cassette Radios. Super cool and perfect for amping up any style!

First of many upcoming ARCADE posts! The collection of designers is second to none and there really is something for everyone! I had a ball being invited as a blogger this round, and the designers were very generous to share some items with us! This is just a tiny tiny taste of all there is at the event! Get your GACHA on! It's now officially OPEN!

The ARCADE runs from December 1 through the 31st! You'll have plenty of time to shop and trade before the event closes. I had a fun time trading last time and it really makes this event special. Bees Through the Seasons comes around only FOUR times per year and the latest cycle is filled with adorable finds! I love the Pididdle BeeHive Special Edition Bowtastic Hairbow!  It's a fabulous creation from the lovely Brutus Martinek! Don't forget to pick up the must have offering from Glam Affair! The stunning Roza Honey Bee skins had a lovely range to choose from but by far my fav was 01, with the dramatic yellow shadow and goth black lip

I love to mix new things with finds from my inventory and a few special items. The new mesh knee platform stretch boots from Baiastice are a sexy addition! Paired with the stylish Ricielli Mesh Coat and Glow Studio Chess Earrings from past TDR, I really enjoyed putting a whimsical and vampy BEEstyle together!

There is a season...

It is deep into Autumn here on the East Coast. Each year, I look forward to the change in season and our beautiful foliage. After months of green the skyline changes to a sea of fiery oranges, reds, browns and yellows . It truly is a beautiful sight. As each leaf falls to the ground and a new season approaches, I am reminded how the world is in a perpetual state of change even when things seem the same. This post was never intended to be a commentary on the election. And its just now that I realize how much I had lost faith. For the first time in years, I'm excited about the change our country now faces. Tonight was historic. Even in the midst of crisis there is hope.
