A Delightful Surprise @ Alite

Yelmer Pfeffer told me after months of work...a new skin line has been released and he was kind enough to offer me a preview. It's the first skin of this new brand and the Aurora II line is AMAZING. It's available in tan (seen below) and in deep tan. Chai Skin Preview

Launa Fauna the Wunderkind behind LF Chai and Chai Skins blessed me with a little bit of newness. The new line is called Double Shot and it features all our favorite makeups like Celebrity, Morpho, and many more. The make-up I'm wearing is completely new and is called Lilly. Each skin purchase gives you FOUR different skins, with and without Freckles plus a new choice...with or without Cleavage. Choose cleavage for a sexy push-up bra effect or without for the more natural look. The skins come with many eyebrow/pubic hair options (set for colors to make life easier). No word on the release date, but it should be very soon! All new skins will be less than $1000 L each. Three cheers for Launa!!

Neo-Japanese

Another shoot, another day! Impacratrice Breiz of Breiz Creative Concepts and staff contributer of The Best of Second Life Magazine is one of the handful of fresh fashion photographers in SL. Her work is extremely collaborative, she expects the model to MODEL! She called five models in and asked us to show off our Neo-Japanese style. We got all dolled up in our street wear and TP'd to the SICK sim. Good thing I was wearing Chucks, because we were running to get that shot. Impa's shoots are pure energy as you shoot guerilla style. We had a great time, and the shot came out wonderfully! See this picture and article in the latest issue of The Best of Second Life magazine on stands now.

Tips for Impacratrice's shoots: Be sure to have a monster inventory of poses to choose from because there is no pose ball magic on her sets. Oh and she shoots on location see wear something comfortable to run in.

Less Than Three <3

Those who check my Flickr will have seen these pics already, but I had to blog about the fabulousness that is Less Than Three (can't do the love symbol darn HTML). Keep in mind that these pics are taken in-world with ZERO photoshop or any editing at all - I only dragged and dropped them into the Comic Life application for layout only. And, a caveat - yes I am friends with Nykki (love LOVE LOVE her), but these skins are some of my favorites so I would have blogged these anyway. So, there.

If you are into unique make-ups to mix up your look or add umph to that photo shoot, then you must stop by Less Than Three right now! Do not pass Go or collect $200 lindens. If you are a skin whore raise your hand. /me raises both

Now that its settled! You must add some fun to your look! The Scene Couture and Circus skin lines will some major WOW to your collection. Both are heavily modified Eloh skins, but the make-up is top notch. They both come in four skins tones, pale, light, tan, and dark. Each tone has different make-up colorings, so of course I wear the entire palette. You have to mix up it up baby!

Onto my favorite skins...the new Glam line is INSANE!! Beautiful Lie and Desu Paireetsu are the dramatic make-ups from that collection. These skins are a combination of photo-source and hand drawing - from Nykki's own hand. It took her months to create the skin, and she is constantly doing new make-ups. In fact she has already modified the Glam line is now on her second edition (damn her quickness). The two above were group gifties. Stay tuned I'll be blogging the new ones very soon!!
